My Story

Hi, I’m Gurpreet. I talk to trees, find God in mountains, and used to be the girl glued to her yoga mat—never walked, just stretched. Now, I trek for my birthday, and life’s been wild. My journey with food and my body? Messy, toxic, sometimes heartbreaking. I’ve been the cake-guilty teen, the starving yogi, the hospital regular. But I learned to drop the shame, bit by bit.
