Half-Day Event & Socials Package
Core Coverage
- Duration: Up to 4 continuous hours of photography coverage within Bangalore city limits.
- Photographer: Features 1 senior photographer capturing the event.
- Scope: Covers candid guest moments, key stage actions, runway walks, and venue ambience.
Deliverables
- Images: Approximately 150-200 high-resolution JPEG images.
- Editing: All images undergo signature color correction (exposure, contrast, and vibrancy adjustments).
- Video: 1 professionally edited vertical reel (30-60 seconds) set to trending audio.
- Timeline: Digital gallery delivered within 5-7 working days.
Exclusions
- Raw files and drone coverage are not included.
Brand Catalog & Lookbook Session
Production & Styling
- Session Duration: Up to 4 hours of shooting time (Studio or On-Location).
- Direction: Includes assistance with posing direction and product placement.
- Setup: Use of off-camera flash, modifiers, and access to the provider's existing prop inventory (textured rocks, fabrics, etc.).
Post-Production & Assets
- Final Images: 15 high-end retouched images featuring skin smoothing, blemish removal, and shine enhancement.
- Web Formats: Standard web-resolution JPEGs optimized for e-commerce and Instagram.
- Bonus: 2-3 short behind-the-scenes video snippets (5-10 seconds each) for stories.
Client Requirements
- Sourcing models, makeup artists, and location rental fees are not included in this package.
