Hi, I’m Pawan Gautam, fitness coach from Ghaziabad-Indirapuram. Fitness mera junoon hai, but life balance bhi zaroori hai. Jab training nahi chal rahi hoti, family, dost, cricket, Holi ki masti – sab kuch enjoy karta hoon. IPL ka time toh alag hi vibe hoti hai! Kabhi kabhi mountains ki taraf bhi nikal jaata hoon. Kaam bhi karo, life bhi jiyo – bas yehi mantra hai.
