We offer regular Hatha Yoga classes focused on foundational physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to help achieve balance and harmony. Classes are led by our experienced instructor Ridima Sethi on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings and weekends.
Classes follow a traditional approach while remaining accessible to modern practitioners. Each session includes posture work, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
