I don’t do fancy stuff or chase trends. My whole thing is building raw, functional strength that actually works outside the gym too. Science is great, but I trust what the barbell teaches me every day. If you want real results, not just abs for Insta, you’re in the right place.
Everything starts with the basics. I’ll show you how to master the squat - full depth, knees over toes, bracing right, all that. No belt unless you really need it. Deadlifts? We nail the hip hinge, from conventional style to Zercher. Bench press and heavy rows also get their due, making sure your foundation is rock solid with powerlifting fundamentals.
Being strong is cool, but being an athlete is next level. I bring in Olympic lifting technique with snatch and clean & jerk – not just heavy lifts, but smooth, fast movements. We also use plyo boxes, hurdles, and sprint drills for explosive athletic power. If you want to move like a sprinter, not just lift like a powerlifter, I’ve got you.
Here, grip isn’t a side note. With axle bars, Saxon bars, and anvil grips, you’ll know what true strongman grip training feels like. Your hands will hate me, but you’ll love the results. Shabash!
