I’m all about fixing the real reason you’re hurting, not just throwing a band-aid on the pain. Most injuries start with lousy movement, not the actual exercise - so I’ll help you clean up your technique and build a body that’s strong and ready for anything.

How I Work

  • I don’t believe in quick fixes or just stretching for the sake of it. We’ll dig deep to find what’s causing your pain, whether it’s dodgy scapula movement or your core not bracing right.
  • My process is about movement re-education for injuries. I’ll teach your nervous system to move safely and get you back to doing what you love.

What We Tackle Together

  • Back pain? We’ll work your glutes, hamstrings, and teach proper hip hinge training so your spine is protected.
  • Knee stuff? Been there myself. Barbell squat for knee pain is part of my toolkit when done with proper form.
  • Shoulders, elbows, ankles, or feet - I’ll help fix posture, release trigger points, and strengthen the weak spots so you feel stable again.

The Tools

  • No nonsense: barbell squats, Nordic hamstring curls, and drills for posture correction exercises.
  • I skip gimmicks and focus on exercises that actually work, so your body gets strong and stays pain-free.

My Story

Chasing dreams, that’s been my thing since I was a kid staring at a green Kawasaki Ninja in some old magazine. Took me years, loads of setbacks too—tendinitis, burnout, all that jazz. But I built Basebell after six years of grinding, so I could train like a real athlete again. I’m always learning, whether I’m coaching or just being the student. Bikes, training, open roads—routine and passion, that’s what keeps me going. If you’re here, you’ll see I keep it real.
