It’s wild how most folks skip over grip work, but honestly, everything starts with your hands. If you’re serious about power or just want to stop your forearms from giving up before your back, this is for you. I track your progress with a grip dynamometer measurement, so we know exactly where you stand, not just guesswork.
My gym is kitted out like nowhere else in Bangalore.
No fancy stuff, no filters. We focus on lifts that make your hands do all the work - double overhand axle deadlifts, Saxon bar deadlifts, Anvil grip lifts. If you want a ‘Shabash!’ from me, you gotta earn it - plate pinching, plate flipping, closing the big grippers.
I run tryout days for the Saxon and Anvil bars sometimes. If you’re feeling gutsy, Adi-chennu vachukko goyya (come have a go, bro). Planning a 2025 Grip Championship, too. If you’re bored of regular gym routines, this is where you break the mold.
