For us, movement is everything. Our crew isn't just chasing elite fitness - we're here because sweating together makes us stronger in every way. The best part? You won't find any solo grind here. It's all about the community vibes, and yeah, we push each other, laugh, and get through the tough stuff as one.

What Happens in Class

We follow the CrossFit way, so every session mixes it up with functional movements, and no two days feel the same. Expect a blend of:

  • Weightlifting (think deadlifts, squats, snatch)
  • Bodyweight stuff (pull-ups, handstands, push-ups)
  • Cardio blasts (running, rowing, biking) All of these have a real impact outside the gym, too - like picking up your bags, sprinting for the bus, or just feeling sharp.

How a Class Feels

Every hour is coached from start to finish. We kick off with a warm-up that actually preps you for what's coming, not just jogging around. Strength or skill work comes next, then we dive into the WOD - could be AMRAP, partner workouts, you name it. High-intensity interval group training keeps things fun, messy, and challenging.

Real Talk: Anyone Can Start

Doesn't matter if you're new or a pro - we scale everything so you get a workout that fits. Scaled CrossFit workouts mean you can swap movements, adjust weights, or change reps. All ages, all backgrounds, everyone's welcome.

My focus as a coach is simple - technique over intensity. We fix one thing at a time. Hands-on feedback, real talk, and chasing good movement before we ever turn up the heat.

My Story

Hey, we’re Once More CrossFit, and honestly, it’s been a wild 8+ years. This place? It’s not just about burpees and barbells. It’s about the folks who show up, festivals we celebrate (Onam feast, anyone?), random treks, and food debates after class. Watching someone finally get that first muscle-up or teens smash new deadlift PRs - that’s the good stuff. We’re a community first, gym second. Strength, love, and a bit of chaos.

What We Offer - CrossFit group classes, kids CrossFit program, Olympic Weightlifting coaching, gymnastics, kettlebell, and personal training.

How We Coach - We build from scratch. Strict before kip. No endless cues - just see, correct, move better. Sometimes, it’s a bit army-style.

Our Vibe - Hero WODs, road trips, loud cheering, and serious post-workout food plans. We’re stronger together, and we keep it fun.

Who Can Join? - Everyone. First push-up or chasing PRs, patience matters more than perfection. Show up, work, and grow.
