We’re not your average gym. At Once More CrossFit, we believe in moving better, not just lifting heavier. That’s why our space doubles as a learning hub, where anyone can plug into official CrossFit Level 2 coaching seminars or specialty workshops, right here in namma Bengaluru.

What We Offer

  • We host CrossFit’s own certification courses. That means you get to learn from legit CrossFit trainers with global experience. Our space, their knowledge, your growth.
  • The CrossFit Level 2 coaching seminar is for coaches ready to sharpen their eye, fix movement, and manage groups without getting lost in too much gyaan (unnecessary talk). Two days, super hands-on, and you’ll feel the difference.
  • Not just for pros. Our bodyweight movement certification (think: gymnastics course) is open to everyone. Whether you’re struggling with push-ups or want to teach muscle-ups, this course breaks things down to basics first. Strict before kip, always.
  • Scaling isn’t looked down on here. You’ll learn how to build real strength, safely, at your own pace.

You walk in, and for that weekend, you’re family. It’s intense but chilled - everyone’s here to learn, mess up, and get better together. And ya, we’ll tell you where to get the best chai after class.

My Story

Hey, we’re Once More CrossFit, and honestly, it’s been a wild 8+ years. This place? It’s not just about burpees and barbells. It’s about the folks who show up, festivals we celebrate (Onam feast, anyone?), random treks, and food debates after class. Watching someone finally get that first muscle-up or teens smash new deadlift PRs - that’s the good stuff. We’re a community first, gym second. Strength, love, and a bit of chaos.

My Work

What We Offer - CrossFit group classes, kids CrossFit program, Olympic Weightlifting coaching, gymnastics, kettlebell, and personal training.

How We Coach - We build from scratch. Strict before kip. No endless cues - just see, correct, move better. Sometimes, it’s a bit army-style.

Our Vibe - Hero WODs, road trips, loud cheering, and serious post-workout food plans. We’re stronger together, and we keep it fun.

Who Can Join? - Everyone. First push-up or chasing PRs, patience matters more than perfection. Show up, work, and grow.
