For me, strength and conditioning is personal. Every session is about pushing yourself, not competing with others. Some days are tough, but that’s when real progress happens. At Barbellhouse, I keep it simple: stay humble, keep your head down, and grind. Jai Hanuman, Jai Shree Ram.

Who Can Train Here?

Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or already smashing it in your sport.

  • Never lifted? I’ll teach you the basics step by step.
  • Just want to get fit and strong? You’ll see results that show in daily life.
  • Athlete? We work with cricketers, skaters, and more to boost sports performance.

What We Actually Do

  • Build strength with compound lifts coaching (squat, deadlift, bench) - focus is always on good form, not ego lifts.
  • Add speed and power through plyometric workouts for speed like box jumps, sprints, all that explosive stuff.
  • I’m a pro weightlifter, so olympic weightlifting for beginners is a big part here. From PVC pipes to real weights, you’ll learn it right.
  • Mix things up with sleds, ropes, kettlebells - functional strength training Bangalore style. Every day is different, never boring.

More Than Just Lifting

Recovery is serious here - we have active recovery sessions every week. Think mobility, stretching, and lighter movements, so your body stays injury free.

My Story

Barbellhouse is my dream, built from scratch after years of grinding as a weightlifter. I started late, at 22, and yeah, it was rough - money problems, setbacks, but faith and my mom kept me going. Jai Hanuman! I always say, ‘You vs you is the real fight.’ This gym is proof that hard work and prayers pay off. I’m chasing my champion title, and I want everyone who walks in to feel like they can chase theirs too.

My Work

Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Yoga, Dance Fitness - We train folks in everything from Olympic weightlifting platform work to dance fitness and yoga.

Train with real experience - I bring my national-level weightlifting to every session - focus is technique, speed, power, and recovery.

For all ages and levels - Kids, athletes, beginners - everyone gets the same push. We help you find your strength, no matter where you start.

Energy and community - Here, it’s loud, it’s real. Banni, banni! (Come on, come on!) We challenge you, support you, and play hard.

Active recovery and fun - We don’t skip recovery. Mobility, games, and movement keep you fresh and injury-free.
