My Story

Barbellhouse is my dream, built from scratch after years of grinding as a weightlifter. I started late, at 22, and yeah, it was rough - money problems, setbacks, but faith and my mom kept me going. Jai Hanuman! I always say, ‘You vs you is the real fight.’ This gym is proof that hard work and prayers pay off. I’m chasing my champion title, and I want everyone who walks in to feel like they can chase theirs too.

My Work

Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Yoga, Dance Fitness - We train folks in everything from Olympic weightlifting platform work to dance fitness and yoga.

Train with real experience - I bring my national-level weightlifting to every session - focus is technique, speed, power, and recovery.

For all ages and levels - Kids, athletes, beginners - everyone gets the same push. We help you find your strength, no matter where you start.

Energy and community - Here, it’s loud, it’s real. Banni, banni! (Come on, come on!) We challenge you, support you, and play hard.

Active recovery and fun - We don’t skip recovery. Mobility, games, and movement keep you fresh and injury-free.
