Yoga honestly saved me when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. I started out unable to touch my toes—now, it’s not about that for me. I show up for myself, and I want to help you do that too. Personal yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding your own space, at your own pace.

How Sessions Flow

  • Always start with breathwork (pranayama) to help you settle in.
  • Gentle warm ups to get you moving.
  • Asana practice (yoga postures), totally customized for what your body and mind need that day.
  • Cool down and deep rest—because slowing down is underrated.

My Style

I blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles—sometimes we’ll hold poses, sometimes we’ll move with the breath. I keep it practical, not fancy. My Story

Hey, we’re Mudra, Gowri’s rooftop yoga space. Started off with Gowri not even touching her toes, but sticking with it through anxiety, depression, and all that real life stuff. Yoga became her escape, and now, she’s sharing that—mixing Hatha and Vinyasa, not just the fancy poses but the messy days too. Sometimes the roof leaks, sometimes we’re tired, but it’s always about finding a bit of peace. Come, join the journey. No gods here, just humans on mats.
