Yoga honestly saved me when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. I started out unable to touch my toes—now, it’s not about that for me. I show up for myself, and I want to help you do that too. Personal yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s about finding your own space, at your own pace.
I blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles—sometimes we’ll hold poses, sometimes we’ll move with the breath. I keep it practical, not fancy. We focus on the basics, build strength, and create space for real calm. If you’re looking for yoga for anxiety relief or want one-on-one yoga sessions that fit your life, I’m here for it.
