I know what it’s like to be super stiff, anxious, and unsure where to start with yoga. This series is for anyone who’s thinking, "Yoga is not for me, I can’t even touch my toes!" Trust me, I’ve been there. My goal is to give you a space where you won’t feel judged, just supported.

How I Teach

My classes mix Hatha and Vinyasa - we hold some poses, we flow with the breath. Don’t worry about being flexible. That comes with time. I’ll guide you with patience, not pressure.

What We’ll Do

  • Learn foundational poses like Trikonasana and Warrior for real strength.
  • Use pranayama (breathwork) to calm down and find energy.
  • Try simple practices for how to start meditation.
  • Every class has warm-ups, main sequence, and cool-down with Shavasana.

My Story

Hey, we’re Mudra, Gowri’s rooftop yoga space. Started off with Gowri not even touching her toes, but sticking with it through anxiety, depression, and all that real life stuff. Yoga became her escape, and now, she’s sharing that—mixing Hatha and Vinyasa, not just the fancy poses but the messy days too. Sometimes the roof leaks, sometimes we’re tired, but it’s always about finding a bit of peace. Come, join the journey. No gods here, just humans on mats.
