Yoga started as my way out of anxiety and depression, not as some fitness mission. I still remember the struggle to touch my toes. Over the years, just showing up on the mat changed things for me. That’s what I offer in my group classes - a space to explore, no matter where you’re starting from.

What My Classes Feel Like

My sessions blend Hatha and Vinyasa, so expect both steady holds and flowing movement. Breath is at the center of everything we do. I’m not chasing perfect poses - I care more about you tuning in to your body and mind. Each class is 60-75 minutes and moves through:

  • Breathwork (pranayama) and gentle warm up
  • Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and dynamic sequences
  • Main flow for building strength and flexibility
  • Deep stretches and proper cool-down
  • Shavasana to wrap up, letting the whole thing sink in

Where & How We Practice

Group classes run both in my rooftop studio at Malleshwaram and online (live on Google Meet). In-studio is personal and hands-on, with small groups for real attention. Online works well for busy days - I send recordings if you miss live sessions.

My Story

Hey, we’re Mudra, Gowri’s rooftop yoga space. Started off with Gowri not even touching her toes, but sticking with it through anxiety, depression, and all that real life stuff. Yoga became her escape, and now, she’s sharing that—mixing Hatha and Vinyasa, not just the fancy poses but the messy days too. Sometimes the roof leaks, sometimes we’re tired, but it’s always about finding a bit of peace. Come, join the journey. No gods here, just humans on mats.
