  • Pregnancy & New Moms: I focus on nutritional requirements during pregnancy and after, with practical advice for gestational diabetes, infertility, and breastfeeding. Too much conflicting info out there, so naanu iddeeni (I'm here) to clear things up. We talk about what really helps, not just what everyone says.

  • Kids & Teens: After working with thousands of students, I've seen the struggles - hair fall, acne, irregular periods, even Type 2 diabetes. It's not just about junk food.
