Namaste! We are Anaa My Health Nutricare Services. Been at this for 15 years, helping thousands find balance with food-as-medicine. We love sharing nutrition wisdom, whether it’s college kids, office folks, or elders. Big fan of traditional Indian meals, and proud to see Karnataka getting fit.
