My Story

Hey, I’m Aish—most folks just call me that. My life’s been full of crazy ups and downs, from quitting jobs to running wild corporate wellness events for 1000+ people. Survived Kedarnath (yeah, fifth near-miss, don’t ask!), and every day feels like a bonus now. My family—amma and anna (mom and brother)—are my backbone. I start my mornings with pranayama and books, then dive into helping people smash their health goals. Let’s do this, but please, be kind!
