For me, Pilates is about tuning in to how your body feels and moves, not just chasing a sweat or pushing through pain. I believe movement is medicine - with the right approach, you can support healing, manage pain, and build real strength from deep inside.
Every session here is backed by my physio knowledge. That means I spot what your body really needs - whether rehab after an injury, help with chronic aches, or support as you get older. I don’t just hand out generic moves. I build sessions for you, whether you’re dealing with back pain, prepping for motherhood, or just tired of that stiff tech neck. Pilates for injury rehabilitation and Pilates for posture correction are two big things people come to me for.
I offer 1-on-1 sessions, Reformer classes, small group mat Pilates, and even online options. Each style has its own vibe, so we can always find something that fits where you’re at.
