Your pain isn’t invisible here. I see so many folks who’ve been told it’s “just in your head” - but I know that’s not true. My job is to help you figure out what’s really going on, not just push a quick fix. I work with the idea that your body’s got a surprising ability to heal if we give it the right nudge.

How I Work

  • My approach blends clinical physiotherapy with Pilates - what I call PhysioPilates.
  • We dig for the cause, not just patch up symptoms.
  • First, I look at how your whole body moves, not just where it hurts.
  • A lot of the time, pain in one spot links back to a weakness or tightness somewhere else.
  • You get a recovery plan made for you, with hands-on therapy in the studio and simple exercises you can actually do at home.

What I Help With

  • Chronic back pain relief, neck issues from too much desk time, knee trouble (even if you’re trying to avoid surgery!), and old shoulder injuries.
  • Posture stuff like tech neck or scoliosis - these respond well to strengthening and mobility work.
  • Rehab for sports injuries and after surgery, plus building up strength before you go in for an operation.
  • Neurological physiotherapy support for things like sciatica, Parkinson’s, stroke, and diabetic neuropathy.

Tools I Use

  • Manual therapy, Myofascial Release, dry needling, cupping, IASTM.
  • Pilates gear, Therabands, foam rollers - nothing too fancy, just what works.
  • Electrotherapy and taping if you need extra support.

My Story

Hi, we’re Body & Mind PhysioPilates Studio. Started by Dr. Bhavana after her UK Masters, we saw too many folks getting temporary relief, pain always coming back. That’s when we realised – body and mind, both matter. Stress, old emotions, they get stuck in the body. So we mixed clinical physio, Flow Pilates, nutrition, and mindfulness. Our space isn’t a gym, not just a clinic – it’s where you learn to heal deep, not just patch up.

My Work

Physiotherapy, Pilates & Nutrition - We blend clinical physio, Pilates (mat, reformer, private), functional nutrition, and holistic pain management.

Root Cause First - We dig past symptoms. Posture, hormones, stress – it’s all connected. No quick fixes, only real solutions.

Mind Body Release - We use Myofascial Release therapy and Flow Pilates for trauma release, because emotions live in the body too.

Personalised Programs - From prenatal Pilates program to posture correction physiotherapy, we tailor for dancers, techies, moms-to-be, and more.
