My Story
Namaskaram, Vinay here. Outreach Karate & Fitness Academy isn’t just a gym, it’s my heartbeat. Started from zero, chankootam undu (had guts), still rising, even after falling. Kerala’s Kalari spirit runs in my veins—peaceful, but ready. Martial arts taught me discipline, respect, and the joy of seeing my students—kids, adults—grow strong. My dream? A team that stands tall, honored, confident. If you dream, you can do. That’s how we roll.
My Work
What we teach - Karate, Kalari martial arts classes, self-defense for women, yoga, aerobics, Crossfit, fitness, weight loss, and kids karate training.
