My Story

Hey, I'm Anu Gayathri. Took a big break, became a mom to two wild girls, and life flipped upside down. I’m a clinical dietician (food nerd, basically). Started this page outta frustration with all the fake diet stuff floating around - even my friends got trapped. My own journey’s been a mess - ups, downs, 2023 was a whole movie. Learned a lot, found my groove, now running after my micro bakery dream too. Here to share real food, real stories, and all the butterfly moments.
