My Story

Namaste, I'm Mallika. You know, life kept me moving, but dreams toh rukte nahi (dreams never stop). At 56, I finally started Niwala - my own little food journey. My kitchen is where I go crazy with recipes - from Gulab Jamun cake for mom to raspberry lemon cupcakes for my granddaughter. Every dish has a bit of my family's story in it. I believe food is love, and sharing it is my way of spreading happiness.

My Work

Homemade Pickles, Jams & Bakes - I make sun-cooked mango pickle, Carrot Marmalade, jams, street-style guava chutney, and preservative-free walnut chocolate fudge.

All Homemade, No Nasties - Everything's made by me, with patience. No preservatives, just that maa ka swaad (mother's taste) in every bite.
