My Story
I get it, yaar. You want to lose weight, but then shaadi ka laddoo (wedding sweets), Diwali mithai, and boom - all plans go for a toss. I share memes because, let’s face it, this is real life. Yoga was just exercise for me, till I saw it’s about healing the whole person - mind, body, all of it. Vedas say life should be balanced, and I truly believe yoga is for everyone, no matter how tough it looks. If an asana feels impossible, I’ll show you the easy way. We heal together, no drama.
