My Story
Hey, I’m Niky. I started out at Mount Carmel College, studying food science and nutrition, and now I’ve come back as chief guest for their graduation. Wild, right? I always tell students, success doesn’t need a stopwatch. My thing is healing through food, and I experiment a lot – even on myself. Some days I nail it, some days I don’t. That’s life. I travel, I eat simple, I unplug. Balance is everything for me.
My Work
Personalized Nutrition Consultations - I help with weight management, PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid, BP, and fat loss through mindful eating.
Healthy Indian Meal Subscription - Fresh, balanced Indian meals delivered in Bangalore. No need to ditch desi food for health.
Sustainable Indian Meal Plans - No crash diets here. We do 80/20 balance, so you can enjoy festivals, travel, and real life.
Progress, Not Perfection - One off meal won’t ruin your goals. Consistency and small changes matter more than chasing perfect plates.
Complete Lifestyle Guidance - I remind clients about hydration, movement, sleep – because food is just one piece of the puzzle.
