My Journey as a Home Stylist: Creating Spaces with Heart

What started as a small passion project during the lockdown has grown into a community of people who, like me, believe a home is a feeling. Here is a glimpse into how I turn houses into homes.

This was a huge milestone for me, completing one year and reaching 10k followers. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come, all thanks to your love.

This is one of my favorite photos from my early days. It captures the essence of my style and my love for creating beautiful, lived-in spaces.

Celebrating the 5th anniversary of my home decor page. What started as a lockdown hobby has become my life's passion. I am so grateful for this journey.

A dreamer, a doer, a thinker. She sees possibility everywhere. A little note to myself and to all the wonderful women out there.

About this collection

I didn't come from a formal interior design background. I was a full-time teacher who stumbled into this world because my daughters pushed me to share my love for creating cozy corners online. That is why my approach to home styling is never about 'perfect' magazine aesthetics; it is about how your home actually feels when you walk in after a long day.

It was July 2020—the middle of the lockdown—when I posted my first photo. I had no idea how Instagram worked or if anyone would care, but I knew I loved turning corners into sanctuaries. Over the last five years, this journey has been anything but linear. I have hit milestones like reaching 10k followers, navigated difficult health breaks that forced me to slow down, and returned with a renewed perspective on what really matters in a home.

My work is built on the belief that a home should reflect your life, or 'zindagi', not just show off expensive furniture. Whether I am styling a small balcony makeover or planning a full living room refresh, I focus on the little things: where the sunlight hits, the texture of your cushions, and how to display your personal stories. I don't believe in cluttering your space with decor for the sake of it. I believe in 'sukoon'—the peace you feel when a room finally feels like it belongs to you.

Because I work as a solo stylist, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all blueprints. Every project I take on starts with understanding your routine, your quirks, and your budget. My goal isn't to transform your house into a display home, but to help you make small, meaningful changes that bring warmth and comfort to your daily routine. If you are looking for a stylist who values real living over trends, let’s talk.
