My Story
Namaste, SEM Fitness Academy yahan. Hamara safar shuru hua tha do dumbbells se, bina mat ke, local ground pe. Founder Munny Sharma khud athlete hain - CrossFit Open mein India mein 1st aaye, Asia mein 8th. Sports Science mein PhD bhi ki, samjha ki politics aur jugaad ne sports ko kharab kiya hai, aur fitness industry mein galat gyaan faila hai. Isi liye SEM Fitness Academy shuru ki, taki sahi knowledge se logon ki zindagi badle. 5000+ trainers ka career banaya, abhi bhi grassroots athletes ko support kar rahe hain. Day 1 hai abhi bhi.
