My Story
Hey, we’re Kamat & Rozario Architecture. I’m Lester, and Smruti’s my partner in this. For us, a house isn’t just walls and a roof. We love making spaces where inside and outside sort of melt into each other. Like, we once made a living room where the garden just flows right in—dogs and all. We’ll bend a building around a tree if we have to. Our team’s like family, and we like doing things our own way, even if it means making Christmas trees out of old stuff. Awards are nice, but honestly, it’s the small stories that stick.
My Work
What we do - We design homes, apartments, offices, schools—architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscape, mostly in Bangalore but also elsewhere.
Blurring inside and outside - Big sliding doors, courtyards, and screens for that indoor-outdoor living design. Spaces that breathe, lots of light and air.
Spaces that fit your life - Pet-friendly home architecture, split-levels for privacy, and living areas that actually suit how you live.
Materials with character - We use honest stuff—exposed concrete, Sadarhalli stone, waste-wood, and a minimal palette. Sometimes a quirky pop of colour.
Renovations and fresh starts - We love transforming old places, even on tight budgets. Declutter, rethink, and give spaces real character.
