Grassroots Activism and Community Support
The courtroom is only one battlefield. Real change happens when we stand together in the bastis, on the streets, and wherever the law is ignored.
Being with the people, especially the children, is what fuels my fight. Their future depends on the systems we build today. Whether in a crowded slum or at a protest, I am there to listen and to amplify their voices.
United we stand. Here I am with fellow activists and advocates. Changing a broken system is not a one man job. It requires collaboration and a shared commitment to social justice.
About On the Ground: Activism & Community Support
You won’t just find me behind a desk at the High Court. Whether it is standing with families in a basti [slum] or joining protests to force accountability, I believe that legal support must be grounded in real-world solidarity. If you feel powerless against a system that denies your rights, know that I am ready to step out of the courtroom and stand with you on the ground to fight for your haq [right].
My approach to law is not limited to filings and petitions. I view the law as a tool for the common person, and for that to work, I must be where the people are. Over the past 40 years, I have balanced courtroom litigation with active ground-level community support. This combination is essential because court victories often mean little if the local implementation fails.
Why Ground Support Matters
Many clients come to me after trying to navigate the system alone and failing. Whether it is a private hospital denying free EWS treatment or a school refusing admission, these issues are not just paperwork problems. They are human rights issues. When I am on the ground, I am not just advising you; I am witnessing the systemic rot firsthand. This evidence, combined with my legal experience, allows me to file stronger PILs in the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.
My Commitment to You
- Direct Engagement: I believe in direct advocacy. I talk to families, understand their pain points, and then translate that into legal strategy.
- Systemic Reform: By participating in protests and public awareness campaigns, I push the system to change rather than just treating the symptoms of injustice.
- Available Resources: My work involves ensuring you understand your rights before we even step into a courtroom. Knowledge is the first step in our fight.
If you are facing a violation of your rights, do not assume you have to navigate it alone. Use the buttons below to reach out, and let us discuss how to build a case that holds those in power accountable.
