Hey, I’m Jyoti. Fitness is my therapy, not just my job. Ran fast, won gold, but honestly it’s about feeling strong inside. Some days I’m in the gym, lifting heavy, other days I’m chilling in a suit, enjoying family time or traveling to the 'wadiya' (valleys). Apni fitness hai toh sab kuch hai (fitness is everything).
