Yoga for Athletes & Performance

I offer specialized yoga for athletes focusing on every stage of performance: preparation, execution, and recovery. The practice uses precise asanas and breathwork to improve alignment, prevent injury, and build a stable foundation, serving as a powerful complement or alternative to conventional training.

Women's Health: A Supportive Practice

I provide routines specifically for women, addressing the discomforts of PMS and the transition of perimenopause. The practice uses a combination of active, supported, and restorative sequences to build strength, create space in the pelvic region, and promote hormonal balance and overall well-being.

The Iyengar Method: Precision in Practice

My teaching is rooted in the Iyengar method, which emphasizes precision, alignment, and the intelligent use of props. Props like blocks, chairs, and ropes are not crutches; they are tools to help you access poses more deeply, safely, and with greater awareness.

Therapeutic Yoga: Injury Recovery & Pain Management

If you are dealing with pain or recovering from an injury, we look at the root cause instead of just chasing symptoms. I use restorative sequences and props to correct imbalances, build strength step by step, and help you find relief from issues like neck pain, wrist strain, headaches, and poor sleep.

Yoga for Dancers & Movement Artists

Having worked with Odissi dancers at Nrityagram for years, I have developed a deep understanding of how to support performers. We focus on asanas that build a strong and stable base, paying special attention to the legs, feet, and ankles to enhance balance, grace, and injury resilience.

My Philosophy & Teaching Style

I believe that action is movement with intelligence. My goal is to guide you from a point of inquiry to a deeper, embodied understanding of yoga. I use a pedagogical and often bilingual approach, blending technical precision with philosophical insights to make the practice both practical and profound.

Workshops & Events

I offer a variety of in-person workshops, online courses, and free community events throughout the year. These are opportunities to dive deeper into specific topics, from using wall ropes to shoulder conditioning, and to connect with a community of dedicated practitioners.
