What Drives Me
Learning is something you do, not just read about. I wanted my own child (and others) to actually feel and play with ideas, not just memorize stuff. So I started making hands-on games and kits that help kids and grown-ups get comfortable, especially with math and reading.

Yonjuu (四十) Card Game:
Math usually freaks people out, so I made Yonjuu - a simple card game where you build up to 40. The cards show numbers as actual quantities, so you don’t just learn formulas, you see and feel them. Kids as young as 3, adults, families, teachers - anyone can play. It’s not just about math concepts, but also boosts focus, memory, and teamwork.

Math from Scratch Kit:
Tiny hands need real stuff, not just paper and pencil. This kit uses cubes, dough, and Yonjuu cards so kids can touch and move numbers around. It helps with early math, logical thinking, pattern spotting, and problem-solving. -

Reading is tricky for many kids. My kit uses letter cards and sensory activities, based on Science of Reading ideas, to make phonics and reading feel less scary. For any age, at home or school, it helps with decoding, vocab, and comprehension.

My Story
We’re Hattennoki, not mountain folks but city souls with roots in Uttarakhand. Delhi born, US trained, I lost my mom but gained a new view – heritage matters, even in math class. My son Kai sparked it all. Was a high school math teacher, but saw kids struggling, confidence missing. So, I switched gears. Now, it’s all about blending real learning, emotional care, and a bit of family magic. We want kids to thrive, wherever they land.
