My Story
Hey, we’re Switch Wellness. Not your usual gym, we wanted a place where anyone feels they belong—body, mind, all of it. Ritesh dropped 120 kilos here, Karishma swears by our calisthenics training classes, and even Shankar, a 66-year-old sportsman, calls our vibe ‘electric’. Our trainers?
