My Story

Hey, I’m Gaurav. Cricket, fitness, and travel - that’s me in three words. My strength & conditioning journey kicked off in Germany, and now I’m hooked on sports science. I’m always learning, always moving, whether it’s at the stadium or hiking up some mountain. Yoga above the clouds? Nothing like it. I believe in chasing potential, on the pitch and out in the world.
