My Story
Sabse pehle, let me just say - I’m perfectly imperfect and I own it. My life’s been up-down, MMA, dancing, then boom, injuries. ACL tore, joints busted, had to quit fighting. But I didn’t stop, learned to walk again, then tried to fly with aerial yoga. I got obsessed with how our bodies work, became my own coach. Now I trek, dance in heels, do pole, lift - all with my 'broken' knees. Aur haan, I’m a bit crazy, solo traveller, always chasing hidden spots. Free, wild, thoda pagal (a little crazy) - that’s me.
My Work
Personal Training, Yoga, Aerial Yoga & More - I coach everything from kettlebell, Zumba, functional mobility training, aerial yoga for beginners, to marathon prep.
No Gym, No Problem - We use bodyweight and whatever you’ve got at home. Trust me, you’ll get strong and mobile.
Functional Training & Animal Flow - Animal flow exercises and functional moves are my jam - they help with mobility, core, and body awareness.
Listen to Your Body - Some days we go hard, some days we stretch. No pressure to be perfect, just better than yesterday.
For Everyone, Even If You're Injured - Beginner or injury recovery workouts, I get it. I even learned pole to help a client’s back pain. I’m here for all.
