My Story

People think we’re all sorted because we run a fitness studio, but trust me, we’ve had our own messy days. Sometimes you’re flying, sometimes you’re just dragging yourself through. Fitness isn’t just business for us - it’s what brings us back, again and again. My partner Gigi and I built 'The Space' so folks can walk in and feel like it’s theirs.
