My Story
I’m Rishabh. Full-time coach, part-time weightlifter, all-in every damn day. Been through busted knees, learnt to walk again, now I squat 170kg. Lifting’s not just biceps for me, it’s headspace too. I don’t flex much online, not my jam. My clients speak for me. Dentist outta abuse, US mom deadlifting 100kg, dadi (grandma) over 60 getting strong - that’s the real stuff. I’m here to help you find your inner warrior. Nazar lag jaati hai (evil eye hits) on perfect lifts, so I post my fails too.
