My Story

Namaste, we’re Shreya and Prashant from Chaitanya Wellness. It started with seeing folks in Bangalore popping pills for PCOD, BP, diabetes – just masking the problem. Unki body ka system hi out of balance tha (their system was off), and group yoga wasn’t cutting it for real health issues. With my 15+ years in yoga and Shreya’s deep dive into women's health, we’ve watched hundreds reverse PCOD, even become moms naturally. For us, it’s not work – it’s a mission. Healing’s possible, you just need honest guidance.
