My Story

People see all this energy now, fire spinning and wild staff moves, but honestly, it started in a pretty low spot for me in 2022. My mind was messy, dance felt impossible, so I just grabbed a stick. Wasn’t some big plan, just needed to move, to feel something, maybe even connect with my late cat. That stick became my meditation, my language. So if your body’s calling you to do something weird, just go for it. Magic happens. Love & Light.

Movement Arts & Flow Performances - We perform and teach fire staff spinning, LED dragon staff, hula hooping, poi, and twerkout dance sessions.

Beginner Flow Arts Workshops - No experience needed. Our workshops are all about laughing, finding your flow, and celebrating little wins.

Custom Practice Staffs - We make and sell practice staffs for beginners. You want one with your name? Done.

Event Performances - Want fire or LED for your party or concert? We bring the energy and can get a whole crew for big shows.
