Before the embroidery is placed, I focus on the structural integrity of every garment. From the boning in my signature corsets to the double layers of can-can in my lehengas, every layer serves a purpose in achieving a precise silhouette. Visiting my studio allows you to see this engineering, ensuring that your final outfit fits perfectly and moves with grace.
My design approach centers on the balance between Indian heritage and modern silhouettes. The process starts with selecting fluid fabrics like organza, lycra, or crepe, then constructing a foundation that supports the wearer.
I work with skilled craftsmen to apply 3D florals, mirror work, and stone embellishments, ensuring each detail is anchored with embroidery rather than glue. This technical approach guarantees that the garment maintains its form throughout the event.
We prioritize functionality alongside aesthetics. For instance, my draped sarees utilize internal bra-strap loops and pre-fixed pleats to provide security without sacrificing the fluid drape. Similarly, when we construct a gown, we apply canvas fusing to collars and lapels to maintain a crisp, standing shape.
When you visit my Noida studio, we discuss the design, fabric flow, and fit requirements. We take the time to conduct shell trials, ensuring the size and structure are precise. Whether you need a structured corset for a cocktail party or a voluminous lehenga for a wedding, the focus remains on constructing an outfit that feels like it was made specifically for you.
