Why I Do This
For me, criminal defense isn't just a job. It's personal. I stick to one rule: "10 galat log chhoot jaayein, koi dikkat nahi, lekin ek sahi insaan ko saza nahi honi chahiye" (doesn't matter if 10 guilty go free, but punishing a single innocent is not okay). I see myself as a shield for those who're wrongly accused, especially in Delhi where fake cases are honestly too common.
What I See Everyday
Bohot saare fake cases aate hain (a lot of fake cases come in). Especially in dowry and divorce disputes - people use the law to settle personal scores. It's tough for those caught up in this mess, and I've seen good people get trapped in honey trap schemes or face dowry harassment legal help needs.
What I Actually Do
- False rape accusation defense: I’ve secured acquittals in tough cases, like when a relationship was consensual but turned into a legal battle, or when a CISF officer was cleared of rape and attempt to murder after we showed the truth.
- Dowry & matrimonial disputes: I dig into the facts, expose fake claims, and make sure my clients aren't harassed by misuse of the law.
- Fake POCSO cases and misuse of IT Act: Sadly, even child protection laws get twisted sometimes, especially during messy divorces. I guide clients through these, including issues around non-consensual media sharing.

My Story
People know me as Advocate Arun, but honestly, I’m just as much a gym freak as I am a lawyer. Discipline in court, discipline at the gym – same thing. Courtroom stress can get a bit much, especially with all these family disputes. So, I run off to the mountains when I need to breathe – humein to saans hi yahan pe aati hai (I can only truly breathe here).
