My Story

Been at this for 37 years. Started ARK in '88, just wanting to make spaces that matter. Folks say I changed the skyline with high-rise residential design, but honestly, I care more about the lives inside those walls. I’m always first in, last out at the studio, walking sites, listening to stories. If you’re a client, you talk to me, not just my team. My wife Mahnaz runs interiors—she’s my rock. I love mentoring young architects, seeing how they dream up new worlds.

My Work

Architecture, Interiors & Master Planning - We design homes, offices, hotels—covering architecture, interiors, and sustainable master planning.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Spaces - Our designs break barriers, blending inside with outside for real connection and best views.

Luxury Minimalist Interiors - We keep things simple, using luxury where it matters—like Italian marble only when it fits.

Flexible Building Conversion - We plan for change. Like turning malls into hospitals—spaces evolve, so our designs do too.

People-First Approach - We listen to stories, solve problems with intention, and make sure accessibility and sustainability are built in.
