About this collection
These accolades are not just mementos on my shelf. Being recognized by bodies like the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) and the New Delhi Bar Association confirms my standing among the peers I face in court daily. When you hire me, you aren't just hiring a degree; you are hiring a practitioner who has earned the respect of the fraternity and the courts where your case will actually be heard.
Building a practice as a first-generation lawyer is an uphill climb. There is no legacy to lean on, which means every win, every court appearance, and every recognition I receive at the Supreme Court or Patiala House Court is a marker of absolute persistence.
My work in criminal defense and corporate litigation is guided by the principle that if you are going to fight, you must fight without fear. Whether I am representing the NHAI in the Supreme Court or managing a breach of contract dispute in a lower court, the intensity remains the same. My involvement in moot court competitions as an adjudicator is my way of giving back to the legal community, helping shape the next generation of lawyers while keeping my own perspective sharp.
These recognitions are a validation of my approach:
- Peer Recognition: Awards from the New Delhi Bar Association demonstrate my commitment to the legal community in Delhi NCR.
- Institutional Trust: My status as an Advocate on Record (AOR) requires a rigorous standard of practice, which is reflected in my ongoing work with the Supreme Court and other tribunals.
- Practical Advocacy: I don't just draft papers; I argue cases. My experience spans from trial courts to the apex court, ensuring I handle your matter with the same scrutiny I apply to every case file that crosses my desk.
Law is not about playing it safe. It is about identifying the right strategy, managing risk, and fighting the battle to win. If you are looking for a lawyer who values conviction over convenience, let’s discuss how we can approach your legal challenge.
Kunal Yadav
I am a first-generation lawyer who started from scratch at Patiala House Court, and I have built my practice on hard work and zero fear. I don't rely on legacy names; I rely on results, conviction, and the respect I've earned from judges and colleagues in the Supreme Court and beyond.
