Law isn't just about what is in the books; it is about staying ahead of the law. These speaking engagements, media appearances, and panel discussions are where I share insights on the evolving landscape of Indian criminal and corporate law.

Speaking at an Indian Lawyers Association conference on the delays in legal proceedings. I used a recent death sentence case I handled in the Supreme Court to illustrate the principle of "justice delayed is justice denied."

As a panelist at the ILACON 2024 conference, I discussed the challenges and nuances of arbitration and mediation. I shared my practical experience from handling criminal, civil, and arbitration matters over 12 years.

This was my first podcast experience. Despite some technical issues, I was committed to sharing my insights on the legal profession, the AOR exam, and the importance of mediation for a full hour.

A screenshot from my inaugural podcast with 'Art of Law'. It was an honor to be invited to share my journey and inspire law students and young lawyers.

An invitation to the ILACON 2025 conference in Amritsar, where I was a panel speaker. I spoke on the jurisprudence and empirical impact of speedy trials, a topic central to my criminal law practice.

Judging the 2nd Dr. Patangrao Kadam Memorial National Moot Court Competition. These competitions are vital for developing analytical and critical thinking skills in the next generation of lawyers.

A throwback to being invited as a guest lecturer at my alma mater, Amity Law School, Noida. It was a surreal moment to return and share my journey with current students.

About this collection

When I step on stage at national conferences like the Indian Lawyers Association, I am not just debating theory. I am pressure-testing the same legal strategies I use for my clients in the Supreme Court. You are not just hiring a lawyer; you are hiring someone who constantly engages with the evolving pulse of criminal jurisprudence to keep your case ahead of the competition.

My commitment to the legal profession extends beyond the courtroom walls. Whether I am moderating a panel on the efficacy of speedy trials or sharing my experience from the Mandsaur case, my goal is the same: to analyze, interpret, and apply the law in ways that drive results.

Why This Matters for Your Case

Legal practice is not static. If a lawyer is not keeping up with recent judgments, amendments, and shifts in judicial interpretation, they are failing their client. By actively participating in these forums, I ensure my arguments are rooted in current, real-world applications of the law rather than outdated precedents.

Core Areas of Legal Discourse

I frequently contribute to conversations regarding:

  • Criminal Jurisprudence: Analyzing the real-world impact of speedy trials, including Article 21 and the right to liberty.
  • Mediation & Arbitration: Exploring how modern ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) techniques like the Mediation Act 2023 can resolve high-stakes disputes without the uncertainty of endless litigation.
  • Corporate & Civil Litigation: Breaking down the complexities of contract breaches and corporate disputes for peers and students alike.

Advocacy as Craft

Sharing my journey—from a shy student to a Supreme Court Advocate on Record—is my way of mentoring the next generation. It also keeps my own advocacy skills sharp. When I articulate complex legal positions to an audience of peers, I am refining the communication style I bring to the Bench. My focus is on clarity, conviction, and practical solutions, whether I am speaking at a university guest lecture or representing you in the Supreme Court.

I didn't start with a legacy; I built one from scratch. When I speak on public platforms, I bring the same grit and fearless conviction that I use when fighting for my clients in the Supreme Court.
