My Guiding Principles as an Advocate
People call me 'bubblish' for a reason, but when it comes to the courtroom, I am fiercely focused on your rights. Here is the philosophy that drives my work.
This quote perfectly captures my personality. I may joke around, but when it comes to your rights and your case, I am always serious.
"You must learn to protect yourself with the pen, and not the gun." This belief is the foundation of my practice. The law is our most powerful weapon for justice.
A throwback to a moment on stage. I relish challenges and approach every case with the confidence needed to be a favorite in the courtroom.
What does it mean to be an Advocate? Active, Directive, Opposing, Clever, Argumentative, Talkative, and Enemies of Injustice. I strive to embody all these qualities.
My definition of success isn't about wealth or fame. It's about the positive impact I have on people's lives, reflected in the "shining eyes" around me.
Celebrating Advocate's Day, which marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Rajendra Prasad. It's a day to honor our profession and its role in shaping our nation.
About My Guiding Principles
When you are dealing with a family dispute, you need clarity, not confusion. My approach is simple, I listen to the facts, explain the law without legal jargon, and help you strategize the next steps. Whether we are discussing a mutual consent divorce or a complex 498A matter, my focus is always on your long-term security and dignity.
Vakalat nahi aasan (Being a lawyer is not easy). You have to fight for what is right, and for me, that fight is mostly about protecting women's dignity. When you hire me, you are not just getting a lawyer; you are getting someone who believes in the power of the pen over the gun.
My Core Beliefs
- Justice with Empathy: Every story has three sides. I take the time to listen, understand your situation, and then fight for the truth with full conviction. I believe that law should be a tool for empowerment, not something that intimidates you.
- Knowledge is Power: I share legal information freely because an aware citizen is an empowered one. You should know your rights concerning Stridhan, child custody, and protection orders before we ever step into a courtroom.
- No-Nonsense Advocacy: I do not believe in stringing cases along. Whether it is a matrimonial dispute or a criminal matter in Rohtak, I aim for solutions that are practical. I handle FIR drafting, bail hearings, and divorce petitions with the same level of intensity.
I am here to ensure you are heard. If you are feeling overwhelmed, remember that you do not have to navigate these legal complexities alone. Reach out for a preliminary assessment, and let us map out a way forward together.
