My Story
Aatmspand Yoga Center - yeh mera dil hai (this is my heart). 'Aatmspand' means soul vibration, and that’s what we’re about. Two years, lots of celebrations, from Diwali to New Year, and folks joining from everywhere - Germany, New York, sab log (everyone). It’s not just yoga, it’s family. Together we search for peace, for that inner connection. God’s grace, really. You’ll find your own spiritual journey here, with us.

Yoga styles and practices - We teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Flow Yoga, Surya Namaskar classes, Chandra Namaskar, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras, Chakra Healing yoga, Face Yoga sessions, Stick Yoga, Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga for every age - Kids, seniors, beginners - sab ke liye (for everyone). Special batches for kids 3-13. All levels welcome.
Aatmspand way - Basics matter. Surya Namaskar is core. We focus on full wellness - physical, mental, spiritual. It’s more than poses.
