Group HIIT & CrossFit Sessions
Experience the incredible energy of training together in our high-intensity group sessions. We use everything from battle ropes and box jumps to partner drills and bodyweight circuits to maximize your workout and boost endurance.
Cardio Kickboxing
Punch, kick, and sweat your stress away in our dynamic cardio kickboxing classes. These sessions are a fun, full-body workout that improves stamina and coordination, open to both mixed and ladies-only groups.
Zumba and Dance Fitness
If you love to move to music, this class is for you. My Zumba sessions are a fun, high-energy cardio party where you can burn calories while learning new dance steps in a welcoming environment.

We are more than just a gym, we are a community that supports and motivates each other. My Akhada welcomes everyone from beginners and kids to experienced lifters, with dedicated ladies-only batches to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
