Zumba Fitness Party
This is my main high-energy, dance-based workout. We use loud music and fun choreography so it feels more like a party than exercise. Classes are available for mixed groups and ladies-only batches.
Aerobics, Step & HIIT
For those who love a classic, high-impact workout for serious calorie burn. We use step platforms, bodyweight exercises, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) formats to keep things challenging and effective.
Core Strength & Flexibility
Every session ends with dedicated work on the floor to build a strong core and improve flexibility. I incorporate a mix of mat exercises, partner drills, and deep stretching to support your overall fitness.
Kids Dance Fitness
I believe in making fitness fun for everyone, including the little ones. My kids' dance fitness classes are designed to get them moving, laughing, and building healthy habits from a young age.
