My Story
Ten years in yoga, still learning. Motherhood changed me, slowed me down, made me softer. 2024 was all about Jia, my little one, and me finding my way back to the mat. Post-delivery, even headstands felt scary! But I kept it gentle, like babies do. Now, I care more about small moments—family, festivals, hugs. I don’t rush. I show up, present. That’s my real yoga.
