My Story
Ever felt like you’re doing everything to be fit, but still stuck in the same old routine? That’s why we started Vanarshala. This place is not about perfect form - it’s about being alive, playful, and wild, just like a monkey! Yahan masti hai, chot lag gayi toh theek hai, gir gaye toh uth jao (It’s fun, if you get hurt or fall, just get up again). We plant trees, jam to music, and let the sun and wind teach us. It’s a green break from the city, where you find your own groove.
My Work
Outdoor Parkour, Animal Movement & Camps - We run outdoor parkour classes, animal movement training, nature fitness camps, kids’ sessions, birthday parties, and online workshops.
Our Green Playground - Our main spot is The Shala in Gurgaon, with a cool parkour setup and regular sessions in Delhi parks.
For Everyone, All Bodies Welcome - Kids, adults, beginners, athletes - anyone can join. Confidence matters, not age or skill.
