My spread is all about the classics from Udupi - think soft idlis, dosas beyond just masala, and vadas that are actually crispy when they reach your plate. If you’re after a proper South Indian breakfast buffet that’s got everything from Kotte Idli (that’s the one steamed in jackfruit leaves) to Ragi Dosa, you’ll feel right at home here.
Custom Menus, No Copy Paste
Not every crowd wants the same thing. I’ll check with you about your guests, the vibe, and what you actually want to eat. That way, your breakfast isn’t the same old thing you see at every event. Want some North Indian twists? I’ve got Chole Bhatura and hot Pooris too. If you want something lighter, there’s always upma, bisibele bath, and even akki roti in the mix.
